so i got a new toy. yay. not for xmas. i bought it for myself tho.



kick ass, eh?

i went skiing ... in the rockies ... yesterday. it was fucking great. none of that shite you get out east. it was a real nice hill that you can actually ski on. it was awesome. altho i paid $3.50 for a damn gatorade. ridiculous. i dont belive it.

calgary is nice and sunny. not much snow. reallllllly dry tho.

i am going back home on the 30th of this month to spend new years with my darling girlfriend and then we are having OUR xmas. and then work starts on the 4th of january. and i get my new toy on the 5th of january. so i am looking forward to that. yes indeed.

Just so everyone knows, it is Jen and I's ONE YEAR Anniversary this Monday the 20th of December 2004. So she will be here in ... 1 hour. Kick ass.

Well I am over the "shit i have exams" phase. I STILL have ONE exam left to write on Monday. Music 140. The Social History of Rock'n'Roll is how I describe it. Anyways, studying for that is very minimal. Read the book. Go over some notes. I think it is impossible for me to fail that course.

On the 23rd I am off to Calgary. My place of birth. Shall relax and do some skiing / snowboarding. Should be good times. I dislike skiing in Ontario or Quebec. The hills just plain suck. and a mere pimple on the rockie mountains ass. Thus I am excited over that.

Then back to Toronto (or near there) on the 30th of December. And Jen and I will celebrate New Years together and also we'll have "our" Christmas then. So it is going to be a busy 2 weeks off.

And then work on the 4th of January.

In other news, I signed with my old AAA hockey team in Toronto, so I will be kept busy by that.

And my boss' husband wants me to play with him on Thursday nights, which I will. So lots of HOCKEY for Colin.

viva las vegas! or viva la fin del classo-s. IT just struck me now ... 11:20 pm Monday night. That classes are over and I get to sleep in for the next two weeks, minus one day for that damn cs245 exam at 9am. why on earth do they make exams so bloody early? i hate it. this is the modern age. exams should ... just be like ... plug brain in here and we'll _know_ if you understand. that'd be cool. none of this 3 hour-25 page exam shit. i'm talking about 30 seocnd brain zaps. saves paper so the tree hugging hippies won't be giving us crap either. you can get all 5 exams done in 2.5 minutes. now that's technology.

they put a man on the moon. can't they friggin' make exams more convinient? sheesh...

I want to complain some more. let's start with on-terrible (ontario). holy crap you guys like money. $320 / month to insure a car that a reindeer can outrun. what the fuck? a 1989 Fucking Old Recycled Dodge (aka FORD) Tempo. Thing is 8 different gradients of rust and beige. it defines the slow lane on the highway. you go to pass someone ... you go backwards. it's like the U-Haul with no rearview-fucking-mirror. and they want to charge 320 bucks a month? every 3 months i could go buy a new car and wreck it for that price.

now some non-complaining bit...

i like music. it is good. music drives me. i'm just like "yo that dude is cool, i want to play like him" then i realise that i am no better then the ramones. meh ... ramones still rock in my world. right lynn? you didn't even make it this far did you? poop.

hello everybody.

just a quick update from colin land. so this winter i am going to be living at my aunts in pickering/ajax. i bought a car. but i don't get high speed internet. shit. what am i gonna do? i have no idea. anyways, school is long and hard. i dont like it. too much work. not enough play.

and exams. well they suck. and statistics. well that sucks too. and on monday i have to be on campus at 8am for the demo of our 246 program. crap.

and now i got sleepie.
