i am in the "emo" mood today... i made a CD for jenn ... and i am listening to it.

so some of the headlines in todays newspaper:
"Bush's Big Idea: Put American on Moon" -- umm hello? you did this back in 1969 (69, eh?) ... thats like 30 years ago. I think the only thing BIG that Bsh has, is his damn ego and his head is too big. i mean, his presidency was a fucking graduation gift from his father. so because the chinese are trying to put on the moon the americans need to do it. in the immortal words of billy connolly (and robin williams) "fuck off". why must america think that they are the greatest country. "be all that you can be" ... what a crock of shit. look at the jessica lynch case. what a media blowout. i know americans are our brothers. but we really don't have much in common. the americans need to get some canadian beer, and just relax a little. be a little more laid back like dem people from tha rock ... aie boy!

so last night was the first time in my hockey career that i didn't finish a game. i got thrown out at the beginning of the second period for 'hitting from behind' ... fuck me. (and we lost too, possibly the worst game we ever played)

another game tonight, hopefully i will play the entire game, and we will win. yes.
